Delivery policy
Your R&R Event tickets will be held at the door for pick up the night of the event. For your records, please note your confirmation number once your online order is complete. When you arrive at the event, please see staff for your entrance tickets. If taxes apply, they are based on prevailing rates in the delivery area.
Return/Refund policy
Full refunds will be allowed up to five days prior to the event. You must provide written notice of cancellation to the KSPF office at P.O. Box 4961, Louisville, KY 40204, or via email at kspf@aecmanagement.com. Within five days of the event, no refunds will be granted. All refunds will be processed within 14 business days following the event date.
