Delivery policy
Thank you for your donation. For your records, please note your confirmation number once your order is complete. You will receive a "Thank You" letter from a member of the Foundation board of directors confirming your donation within three weeks of your transaction.
Return/Refund policy
Full donation refunds will be allowed up to three days after your donation. You must provide written notice of cancellation to the KSPF office at P.O. Box 4961, Louisville, KY 40204, or via email at kspf@aecmanagement.com. After three days, no refunds will be granted. All refunds will be processed within 14 business days following the date of cancellation notification.
